All Sales Are Final

Learn Heal Thrive does not offer refunds on any digital products.

This includes:

Relationship Super Powers course
Healing Betrayal Trauma Wounds course
Any future courses, programs, or digital products
Any bundled offers or special pricing

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

Whether you've started or completed the course
Whether the content meets your expectations
Changes in your personal circumstances after purchase
Time elapsed since purchase
Whether you've accessed any portion of the content

Why We Have This Policy

Our digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once accessed, the content cannot be returned. Our pricing reflects this no-refund structure. We keep prices accessible by not factoring in refund overhead.

We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate whether a course is right for you before purchasing.

How to Decide Before You Buy

We provide several free resources to help you make an informed decision:

A free lesson from the course. The Relationship Super Powers page includes a full lesson you can read, listen to, and practise before you buy.
Course curriculum overviews. Each sales page details what's inside, who the course is for, and who it's not for.
The Skills Lab blog. Free articles that give you a sense of the content and voice.
Free email content. When you sign up for the workbook, you'll receive a free educational email series.

If you have specific questions about whether a course is right for you, email contact@learnhealthrive.ca BEFORE purchasing. We're happy to help you decide.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your course (login problems, broken links, missing content), email contact@learnhealthrive.ca and we will resolve them promptly.

We do not refund for technical issues, but we will make sure you have full access to what you paid for.

Course Access

When you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to the materials at the version available at time of purchase. You can return to the content anytime, on your own schedule.

Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank may convert to your local currency at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your bank, not by Learn Heal Thrive.

Chargebacks

Initiating a credit card chargeback rather than contacting us first will:

Result in immediate suspension of access to all purchased products
Be disputed with documentation showing your acknowledgment of this policy
Result in refusal of future purchases
Possibly result in collection for chargeback fees
