MELISHA FRANKS, REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

I built this because I kept seeing the same gap.

I'm Melisha Franks — a Registered Psychologist who has spent years working with couples and individuals through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Betrayal. Disconnection. The quiet grief of a relationship that used to feel easy. The exhaustion of trying to change and not knowing how.

What I kept seeing, over and over, was this: people had the insight. They understood their patterns. They knew what healthy looked like. But knowing and doing are two completely different things — especially when you're triggered, overwhelmed, or scared.

That gap is why I built Learn Heal Thrive.

Everything here is psychology-based, which means it's grounded in what actually works — not what sounds good in theory. It's practical, which means it's built around real skills you can use in real moments. And it's designed for real people, not perfect ones.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to learn.

ALEXANDRA HALTON, OPERATIONS AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

The systems behind the scenes.

I'm Alexandra — the strategic brain behind how Learn Heal Thrive operates and grows. My role is to make sure that Melisha's work reaches the people who need it most.

That means building the funnels, the content systems, the automations, and the strategy that turns this platform from a great idea into a sustainable business.

I believe in this work because I've seen what happens when people finally get real tools — not just advice. My job is to make sure those tools are accessible, visible, and easy to find.

What we believe.

Skills, not just insight.

Knowing what's wrong isn't enough. We're here to teach the doing.

Real people, not perfect ones.

Nothing here assumes unlimited time, a calm nervous system, or a partner who's fully on board. It's built for the messy middle.

Psychology that's actually accessible.

Credentials matter. But they shouldn't create distance. Everything here is grounded in research and written in plain language.

Ready to take the first step?

Whether you're working on your relationship, processing something hard, or just ready to grow — there's a place for you here.
